Control de Obra · Waitlist

Enter each job expense once. The rest follows.

It replaces the Excel your construction company uses to run the money on its jobs. You record the expense, and the balance, fund, client estimate and payment batch are calculated from there.

  • Cost-plus, lump sum or unit prices
  • With your company's brand
  • Every table exports to Excel or PDF
The problem

The same expense in two sheets ends up as two numbers.

In Excel, each expense gets typed into the job sheet, the client sheet and the payment sheet. Someone fixes one, forgets the others, and nobody knows which number is right until the client asks.

3 timesthe same expense gets typed by hand, and all three figures have to match.

The week on a job

From request to payment, every signature in its place.

Money goes out once it has passed through the right people. And anyone can see which signature a request is waiting on, without asking on WhatsApp.

  1. 01

    Site supervision requests

Asks for the job's materials, then confirms what arrived.

  2. 02

    Purchasing quotes

Compares suppliers and drafts the batch. Sees only the jobs assigned to them.

  3. 03

    Management approves

Approves up to its limit. Anything above it, or that takes the fund below the minimum, goes to the directors.

  4. 04

    Accounting signs off

Adds the second signature and the expense enters the register.

  5. 05

    The payment batch goes out

Every week, suppliers and amounts in one batch. Once issued, it doesn't move.

The product

What you build in Excel on Friday, up to date every day.

Screens from a sample construction company, with fictional data. The app is in Spanish.

All your jobs on one screen

Fund, collections, spending and profit for each job, with whatever is waiting for your signature on top.

Company overview: client fund, collected from clients, spent and profit, items awaiting authorization and the jobs to review first
Pending receipts by job, each with its photo, category, amount and a button to record it as an expense

Field receipts

The receipt photo arrives with its job and amount. Accounting records it as an expense or discards it.

Supplier payment batch with the cutoff dates, purchases by supplier and batches already issued

Payment batch

Gathers everything approved across jobs, by supplier and cutoff, ready to pay from your bank.

Client estimate with the amount to collect for the period, detail by category and delivered estimates

Client estimate

Built from the register with categories, fee, contributions and deductions. You deliver it as a PDF and it freezes.

Contractor agreement with amounts contracted, paid and outstanding, and a draft estimate by line item

Contractors

Each contract with its catalog, what was measured this period, the retention and what's left to pay.

Consolidated treasury position with banks, cash, receivables and credit lines

Treasury

Accounts, credit lines and cash in one position, with no separate report to build.

Monthly close for a job with contributions, spending and fee for each month

Monthly close

What's closed stays closed. A later correction enters the open month, in plain sight.

Controls

Following the process is easier than dodging it.

A spreadsheet lets anyone change any cell without a trace. Here every movement has an author, a date and a signature.

  • Each role sees its own

Purchasing enters only its assigned jobs. Site supervision and purchasing don't see the job's money.

  • What's issued stays put

A delivered estimate or issued batch freezes. Any adjustment enters as a new movement.

  • A log that shows tampering

Each action is chained to the previous one. Nobody edits or deletes backwards.

  • Supplier paperwork up to date

REPSE, tax compliance opinions and insurance policies with their expiry in view.

Contract types

However you bill, the numbers add up.

Each job is set up with its own contract type.

  • Cost-plus

You bill real cost plus your fee. Each estimate comes from what was spent.

  • Lump sum

You bill what was agreed. Your profit is the gap against cost, and you see it as the job advances.

  • Unit prices

You bill what was executed per line item and compare it with what it cost you.

Assistant

Enter data by chatting. The decisions stay yours.

Tell it to order 40 bags of cement for the Ribera job on Friday, or hand it the invoice. It asks for what's missing, builds the draft and records it when you confirm.

  • Reads catalogs, prepares drafts and records what you confirmed
  • Doesn't approve, pay, issue batches or close months: those functions don't exist for it
  • Works with Lattice, and everything can be entered without it
