Sintérgica AI is a Mexican artificial intelligence lab founded with the mission of bringing private, specialized, and governable AI to organizations and governments across Mexico and LATAM. We operate from Veracruz and Mexico City, and serve clients throughout the country and the Latin American region.
Our work combines three disciplines that are separate in most companies: applied research on AI models, digital transformation consulting, and proprietary enterprise software development. That combination lets us offer something a traditional consultancy or a generic software vendor cannot: we diagnose the problem, design the solution, build the technology, and deploy it — with the same team, end to end.
The name Sintérgica comes from the idea of creating order and clarity out of a dense informational field. That is what we do: we turn the noise of data, regulations, and processes into operational intelligence organizations can use to make better decisions.

Five decisions that define how we operate.

Data sovereignty.
Client data is processed on the client's infrastructure. In on-premise deployments, it never leaves their servers. In cloud deployments, it resides on infrastructure located in Mexico. Sintérgica does not retain operational data.

Built-in governance.
Security, audit, and traceability controls are in the system's architecture. An agent cannot do what it is not authorized to do because the architecture does not allow it, not because someone configured a permission.

Context over generality.
Sintérgica's models are trained on Mexican and LATAM regulations, jurisprudence, and terminology. When a Seeb model analyzes a contract, it reasons with the Código de Comercio — not with Common Law principles adapted to Spanish.

Measurable results.
Success metrics are defined before starting, not after delivering. Impact is measured on the client's operation, not on product features.

Transparency.
Every AI decision is traceable and auditable. Na'at is available for public download. Model governance is documented openly.
From digital agency to AI lab.
Sintérgica AI began as a digital agency in 2016. In 2024, the founding team identified a gap no one in Mexico was closing: the absence of AI models trained on the country's regulatory and cultural context. Global models worked for general tasks but failed on the tasks that matter most to Mexican organizations — those involving local regulation, sector terminology, and domestic legal frameworks.
That year we pivoted into what we are today: an AI lab with proprietary products, consulting capability, and an ecosystem of models designed for the market we know.
In 2025 we launched Lattice Na'at — the largest-scale language model developed in Mexico — and consolidated the Lattice ecosystem. Today we operate with participation in NVIDIA Inception, AWS Startups, and Google for Startups programs, Meta Business Partner certification, and institutional alliances with AMITI, CANACINTRA, Universidad Veracruzana, and federal and state government agencies.
